The 2011 ASTD Chapter Leaders Conference will be held at the Marriott Crystal Gateway in Arlington, VA, October 13-15.

Make plans to join us for another great event as we share best practices and network with ASTD's top chapter leaders! This is a chance for you to connect with fellow chapter leaders and ASTD staff, grow the profession, and learn what it takes to be more successful in your leadership role.
Preconference: Congressional Conversations
Thursday, October 13, 12:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Availability is limited for this event, sign up early. Start and end at the Marriott Crystal Gateway. Appointments on Capitol Hill. You must pre-register to attend this event no later than September 30.
Conference: Friday and Saturday, October 14-15
All conference activities will take place at the Marriott Crystal Gateway. Conference activities begin at 7:00 a.m. on Friday and end at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Chapter Team Discount Details:
Chapter Team: $780! Take advantage of the chapter incentive and send 5 members for the price of 4! Chapter team members should not register individually; one chapter representative should be identified to pay the entire $780 team registration fee at one time. Chapter teams must be registered and identify all team members by September 30.
Paying by Check:
To pay by check, complete the entire registration form and select "Other Payment Options" at the bottom of the registration page. Checks must be received no later than September 30.

The ALC room rate is $203 single/double and is offered for your stay ranging from 10/13 - 10/15. Availability may be limited - book your room today! You must specify “ASTD Chapter Leaders Conference” when making your reservation to guarantee this special rate. Additional offers may be available when booking online.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation should be necessary, written or email notification to ASTD is required five (5) business days prior to the first day of the conference. You may receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee (full conference/preconference) or minus a $25 administrative fee (daily rate), up to and including the 5th business day before the conference. If you find that you cannot attend, and it is less than five (5) business days before the start of the conference, you may send a replacement, with written notice to ASTD. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee.
